If you have purchased a Jura machine (new or used) from us, we guarantee to take your current machine as part exchange towards a new Jura.
We can arrange collection of your current machine using our machine-specific transport case if you haven’t got any suitable packaging. Simply order your new Jura from our website and once the new machine arrives, simply box up your old Jura and we will arrange a collection from you and refund the agreed trade- in amount once it arrives here.
