Warranty

All our pre-owned Jura machines are backed by a 3-month warranty. Should a problem occur, please contact us , and we will advise you on the next steps.

If the machine needs to be returned to our workshop, we will arrange courier collection. You must retain the original box and packaging as we will require the machine to be securely packed in the original materials for transit.

We will repair or replace any necessary parts and ship the machine back to you, provided the issue was not caused by improper use or lack of routine maintenance.

Jura A1 Piano black just over 2 years old and in lovely condition. Manufacture date in 2020, just serviced. Brand new brew unit fitted as a precaution as well a new hose to the pump and a new water tank connection assembly as this was leaking a little.
