Standard Delivery (2-4 days) on orders under £100 - £5.95
Standard Delivery (2-4 days) on orders over £100 - Free
DPD or UPS Next Day Delivery on all orders - £14.95*
DPD Saturday Delivery on all orders - £19.95*
*Order by 11 am on a working day (Monday to Friday).
Carrier Next Day or Saturday Delivery Service is not a guarantee and depends on reliability of the carrier who may experience unexpected delays which are beyond our control.
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order placed before the cut off time (11 am) for Next Day delivery we'll refund the delivery charge.
UK Non Mainland (Northern Ireland and Channel Islands)
Standard Delivery (5-7 days) on orders under £100 - £14.95
Standard Delivery (5-7 days) on orders over £100 - £24.95
Shipping Methods
Small item orders (under 2 kg) are typically delivered by Royal Mail Tracked Service.
Jura coffee machine orders and other bigger items are normally delivered by DPD or UPS on a next business day service unless the customer is collecting from Caffé-Select or Caffé-Select have arranged to deliver in person. DPD offer a flexible service allowing you to reschedule your delivery or instruct them to deliver it to a safe place or their access point for you to collect.
Delivery Guide
We aim to dispatch all orders same day if placed before 11am Monday - Friday. If we are unable to do so, your order will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday with the obvious exception of Bank Holidays.
Although we try to ensure that our online stock accurately reflects our actual physical stock, mistakes can happen and so we cannot guarantee that any time you order a product it is available. So, if you are not sure, please use the Contact Us form and we will gladly let you know the current stock.
Please note that due to instances of fraud taking place, you would have to confirm receipt of any deliveries over £100 in value. Therefore we would politely ask that once you receive a tracking number you should monitor it online and notify us promptly of any issues.
