Christmas & New Year Delivery Schedule
Thank you for choosing Caffe-Select this festive season.
While we continue to process and dispatch orders on standard working days, please be aware that courier networks are currently experiencing exceptionally high volumes. As a result, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.
To help you plan your purchase, we have outlined our shipping and estimated delivery dates below.

UK Mainland
Standard Delivery (2-4 days) on orders under £100 - £5.95
Standard Delivery (2-4 days) on orders over £100 - Free
Next Working Day Delivery on all orders - £14.95*
*Order by 11 am on a working day (Monday to Friday)
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Our Next Working Day service is not guaranteed. Delivery relies on the carrier's reliability, and unexpected delays are occasionally beyond our control.
If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your Next Working Day delivery order placed before the 11 am cut-off time, we will refund the delivery charge.
UK Non Mainland (Northern Ireland and Channel Islands)
Standard Delivery (5-7 days) on orders under £100 - £14.95
Standard Delivery (5-7 days) on orders over £100 - £24.95
Shipping Methods
Small Items (Under 2 kg): Orders for small items are typically delivered using the Royal Mail Tracked Service.
Large Items (Jura Machines & Other Big Items): Orders for Jura coffee machines and other larger items are normally delivered by DPD or UPS on a next business day service.
Exceptions: This service does not apply if the customer collects the item directly from Caffé-Select or if Caffé-Select has arranged personal delivery.
DPD Flexibility: DPD provides a flexible service that allows you to manage your delivery by rescheduling, or instructing them to deliver to a safe place or a designated DPD Access Point for collection.

While we strive to ensure our online stock reflects our actual physical inventory, occasional discrepancies may occur, and we cannot guarantee availability at the time of order. If you wish to confirm current stock before purchasing, please use our Contact Us form, and we will gladly assist you.
Due to instances of fraud, all deliveries exceeding £100 in value require confirmation of receipt. Once you receive your tracking number, we kindly ask that you monitor the delivery status online and notify us immediately if you encounter any issues.
