We will repair or replace any necessary parts and ship the machine back to you, provided the issue was not caused by improper use or lack of routine maintenance.

This Jura Ena 9 Black Aroma + has just had a new brew unit fitted and a full service, its in very nice condition, with just a few cosmetic scratches in drip tray top metal.
