Servicing and Repairs during Covid 19 outbreak
In response to the current unavoidable and constantly changing situation with Covid 19 in the UK, following the current Government advice, Caffé-Select will, until the Government advice changes, arrange to collect machines from customers homes and premises at the main entrance, return them to the workshop to carry out all servicing and repair work in our workshop and then return machines to site once completed.
Once service or repair is completed an online invoice will be generated and payment for service and repairs can be made online using our secure payment system, so no need for use of card machine payments.
Please call or email to discuss your requirements, we are still aiming to turn around machines in 3 to 5 working days and there is no additional cost over the standard on site service/repair – customers can still drop their machines in to the workshop, maintaining social distancing of course, for service and repair saving the call out cost and turnaround time should remain similar for these unless we are unexpectedly overwhelmed with machines.
We hope that by implementing these measures now and until it becomes appropriate to return to normal, we can help keep our customers and staff safe in these difficult times and still continue to offer the highest levels of service that we can.
