Jura Ena 8

Bought as a treat for my husband’s birthday. A gem of a machine. Very simple & easy to use, he is already working his way through the coffee options.
I had a few questions prior to purchase which were answered very promptly by Richard at Cafe-Select. Very quick delivery and it was great that we had some roast coffee bags of differing blends included so that we can try them out- a very useful addition.
The machine is being used more often than originally thought, which is testament I think, to the ease of use. Cleaning/emptying the coffee grounds and drip tray is simple and not messy like other machines. A real plus. The design is great looks very sleek in the kitchen.
I would strongly recommend this coffee machine for home use.

I previously had a Jura E8 when I lived overseas, when I moved back to the UK I knew I wanted another Jura but needed to size down due to limited counter space. The ENA8 has smaller storage capacity for water and coffee - but the water carafe is easier to remove and refill which makes up for that, and it is no great chore to refill the coffee hopper. The drip tray and coffee grounds store are also smaller, and so need to be emptied more often, but then you are supposed to empty and clean them regularly anyway. Overall, it is a much more suitable machine for home use, and looks better too. I’m very happy with it and would not go back to larger machines.

I’ve always wanted a Jura bean to cup coffee machine & this year my husband said that we should treat ourselves to one as a House warming present. I researched the machine I wanted & found Caffé-Select’s website. The reviews are so good regarding the service & the price was very competitive, so I bought from Caffé-Select instead of John Lewis. I’m so glad I did. I’ve received nothing but 5* service. The delivery was incredibly fast. The welcome email was lovely & genuine and when we received our welcome pack of coffee there were 4 packs of beans, all different roasts & flavours. I thought that we’d get a tiny taster pack. So that far exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend the company high enough. As for the machine itself, we are thrilled with it. It’s easy to use & clean & it makes delicious coffees. We’ve tried every single one. My only advice, as somebody that likes her coffee hot, is to go through each coffee setting & change the temperature to high & be wary of how much milk you add, you can also change that if you want to, as this cools the coffee down. That happens with every machine I have ever owned. The crema on the espresso and ristretto is just perfect. The milk foaming is perfect. I would highly recommend the machine. As well as it making great coffee, it looks lovely in the kitchen, not too big & very sleek.
So yes my 5* goes to the fabulous machine & the great company Caffé-Select. I would recommend both to my friends.

The instruction booklet was very clearly written with helpful graphics and text. The coffee machine is simply stunning, it looks great and is beautifuly designed. The set up was quick and easy. The stylish control panel is easy to navigate and offers an impressive range of settings to personalize your coffee preferences such as strength, volume, and temperature. The milk dispenser is a brilliant feature and takes the choice to another level. Cleaning the system is simplicity itself. It is by far the best coffee machine we have owned and great value for money.
