Ceramic disc grinders

The two professional high-performance grinders, with discs made from a wear-free technical ceramic, guarantee precise, even and consistent grinding for years to come. They are amazingly fast, reducing the grind time by 75% compared with predecessor models. The grinders are adjusted electronically.

Variable dual spout with fine foam technology

As an ingenious feature, the air intake is electrically adjusted by a geared stepper motor. When you make a latte macchiato, the machine automatically dispenses hot milk into the glasses, followed immediately by milk foam and finally coffee. This feature saves valuable time. The GIGA X7 also prepares the perfect caffè latte. The secret lies in the optimum mix of milk and coffee during preparation. The only way to achieve this is for the milk and coffee to flow into the cup at the same time. The machine is able to brew the coffee and heat the milk simultaneously, finishing off the beverage with a crown of milk foam.

Intuitive operation

The ingenious, intuitive control concept includes a ball bearing-mounted Rotary Switch and TFT display for maximum speed and efficiency. 20 speciality coffees can be prepared by touching a single button. As well as being easy to operate and programme, the machine is designed to be very easy to care for. The integrated rinsing, cleaning and descaling programmes reduce the effort involved to a minimum and guarantee TÜV-certified hygiene.
