If the machine needs to be returned to our workshop, we will arrange courier collection. You must retain the original box and packaging as we will require the machine to be securely packed in the original materials for transit.
We will repair or replace any necessary parts and ship the machine back to you, provided the issue was not caused by improper use or lack of routine maintenance.

A really nice Jura Z6 in Aluminium Black (top and front panels in Black Aluminium) having just had a service with a new logic PCB, a new brew unit, a new grinder and a new pump membrane controller fitted.
