These coffee beans are from the association "Asociacion Cafe, Carriel y Arrieros". It was formed in 2019 with the support of Mastercol, with whom they have already developed quality training, cuppings, and workshops.
One of the most important characteristics of this coffee is the height at which the crops grow - the town and the farms are over 1,900 metres above sea level, giving the coffee a very good profile in acidity and body, with notes towards red fruits. Coffee from Jerico is magical and full of stories.
