This distinguished Brazilian single origin coffee presents a harmonious profile where delicate honey sweetness intertwines with subtle floral undertones, culminating in an elegant almond finish. The cup reveals a refined character with impeccable balance and pristine clarity.

This Brazil Yellow Bourbon is produced by the Santa Cruz da Vargem Co-operative, located in the southern region of Minas. The cooperative has gained recognition for its dedication to regenerative agriculture and sustainability and places a strong emphasis on soil health, water conservation and tree management in the production of coffee. Over 20 families live and work on the farm.

Brazil Yellow Bourbon was first cultivated in the 1930s and is known for its distinctive appearance and cup profile. The coffee is a natural mutation of Red Bourbon which is known for its sweet and complex flavour.
