This distinguished single-origin selection presents an intricate flavour composition, balancing ethereal floral notes against the vibrant, succulent sweetness reminiscent of fresh raspberries. The tasting experience evolves with remarkable complexity, revealing multiple dimensions that harmonize vivacity with refined sophistication.

The Olopita cooperative is a community of coffee farmers that works to cultivate exceptional coffee as well as improve the lives of its 149 smallholder families. The cooperative is based in the region of Nuevo Oriente, which is shaped by ancient volcanic activity leaving behind soil rich in minerals that nourish the coffee plants.

The farms in this region are perched at altitudes between 1200 and 1800 metres and benefit from a cool, humid climate that slows the maturation of coffee cherries, resulting in the development of deep and complex flavours. This is further enhanced by the shade of native trees under which the coffee varieties (e.g. Caturra, Pacamara and Pache) thrive.
