After experiencing a problem with our Impressa Z7 we initially contacted Jura UK who misdiagnosed the fault and were not that helpful. A quick web search brought us to café Select and Richard. Highly reliable service, they provided us with good honest feedback when our coffee machine broke explaining to us what needed repairing and the pros and cons of repair versus buying a second hand machine.
