  • Café –Select serviced and repaired our Jura Impressa F70. We have used a number of companies in the past and that is the past. Richard (Café-select) has a passion for coffee machines, an eye for detail .He is extremely engaging, taking time to explain each step of the service /repair process and offering some simple maintenance tips. We highly recommend his services.

Highly reliable service, they provided us with good honest feedback when our coffee machine broke explaining to us what needed repairing and the pros and cons of repair versus buying a second hand machine. Richard was incredibly knowledge about different coffee machine manufacturers and was great at listening to our needs and advising on a machine that would best suit them.
    Only a few days ago did our employees comment on how great the quality of the machine was and how it was even better, quieter and much easier to work than our previous model which was far more expensive.

  • Excellent service from Richard at Coffee Select.
    I dropped my Jura Impressa Z5 into the workshop and the required service and repair were both completed to my full satisfaction within a couple of days. When I collected the machine from Richard, he provided me with some great advice on keeping the machine in top working order and supplied me with some Super Crema Beans, which make lovely coffee and are good value.
    I have contacted Richard a couple of times via e mail, since the repair, with questions on the operation of the machine and he has always replied very promptly with detailed advice. He has a great knowledge and experience of these machines and I would not hesitate in using his company again.

  • I contacted Richard via e mail regarding a service for my 3 year old Jura coffee machine, he replied extremely promptly and came out the following week. Not only did he service the machine but he also spent time helping me programme my machine to suit my preferences and also had great tips about day to day maintenance to keep the machine in good condition. He also supplied me with some really good coffee beans that he supplies at very reasonable prices. I found the service very professional and will definitely be using their service in the future.
