Excellent service from Richard at Coffee Select.
I dropped my Jura Impressa Z5 into the workshop and the required service and repair were both completed to my full satisfaction within a couple of days. When I collected the machine from Richard, he provided me with some great advice on keeping the machine in top working order and supplied me with some Super Crema Beans, which make lovely coffee and are good value.
I have contacted Richard a couple of times via e mail, since the repair, with questions on the operation of the machine and he has always replied very promptly with detailed advice. He has a great knowledge and experience of these machines and I would not hesitate in using his company again.

I contacted Richard via e mail regarding a service for my 3 year old Jura coffee machine, he replied extremely promptly and came out the following week. Not only did he service the machine but he also spent time helping me programme my machine to suit my preferences and also had great tips about day to day maintenance to keep the machine in good condition. He also supplied me with some really good coffee beans that he supplies at very reasonable prices. I found the service very professional and will definitely be using their service in the future.

Richard gave my most prized appliance a new lease of life by giving it a thorough service at our house. He was punctual, polite, clean and efficient. He explained exactly what he was doing and took time to answer all my questions.
We had a small issue with the machine about a month after the service to do with me not emptying the coffee bin and Richard answered my email immediately and in great detail. So ten out of ten for after care service too.
I’d recommend Richard without hesitation.
