Richard gave my most prized appliance a new lease of life by giving it a thorough service at our house. He was punctual, polite, clean and efficient. He explained exactly what he was doing and took time to answer all my questions.
We had a small issue with the machine about a month after the service to do with me not emptying the coffee bin and Richard answered my email immediately and in great detail. So ten out of ten for after care service too.

Brilliant service. Richard collected our Z7 which I had managed to break and gave it a total overhaul and repaired it really quickly and returned it as good as new. I really recommend their company.

Richard gave it the perfect service at my son’s flat and it is now making beautiful coffee again – the wonder of my French neighbours!
