I called today to enquire about my Jura machine that was struggling to produce coffee. I had approached Jura at first and they were so unhelpful, not at all interested in helping me other than to get me to send the machine in at an exorbitant cost. Found this website and decided to call. A wonderful technician, Richard, got back to me. He was wonderful to deal with and could not have been more helpful. Thank you Richard. You have been amazing. You are certainly a valuable member of staff!! Thanks again

I bought a new Jura Z6 from Caffé-Select and when making coffee there was a bad smell and the coffee tasted bad too. Caffé-Select were extremely helpful and sent out some new parts immediately. When that did not solve the problem, they collected the machine within a day and did a thorough service and clean and returned it to me in perfect condition. I am extremely happy with the service they gave and with their passion for good coffee. A pleasure to deal with.

In 2011 our domestic use 7 year old Jura S9 developed a slow leak. Richard was very easy to deal with and get hold of. We chose a full service in our London house, as there was not a convenient time to drop it off to Richard, and the extra cost for his call out was reasonable given the distance he came. It had only had one service many years ago, so we elected for a full service (which is basically a good clean up including the brew unit, replacement of the numerous “O” rings, clean and decalc, takes a while) as well as any repair that may have been needed. We needed to buy a new part to fix the leak (Richard had it with him) on top, which was £18 but no extra cost to fit. Since 2011 Richard has been really helpful with any queries I’ve had to try and keep us going without a visit.
