I live in the South of France, where surprisingly it proved impossible to get my Z5 serviced, so, when driving back to the UK, I brought it with me! Richard gave it the perfect service at my son’s flat and it is now making beautiful coffee again – the wonder of my French neighbours! Richard completely saved my life and I can’t recommend him (and his Company) highly enough!
