Wonderful service! Richard took my S8 in part exchange for a new Z10 and despite the courier losing the S8 Richard credited me with the trade in allowance. A damaged tray was also replaced within 24hrs. Couldn’t ask for more.

We just received our Jura ENA4 and we’re excited about trying lots of different beans with it. Coming from an Nespresso machine, this opens up a new world of freshly ground options to us. I was surprised to see how often the filter needs to be replaced and the price for a filter but we have very soft water and I don’t think it will be too much of a problem for us. Thanks for the quick delivery.

Contacted Caffe Select regarding a problem with our 8 to 10 year old Jura ENA Micro 1. Having given a description of the fault it was clear to Richard the likely cause to be a faulty exhaust valve. Happy with the diagnosis we agreed for Richard to undertake the necessary service and repair.
Richard organised for a purpose made padded, insulated container to be delivered to us on the Friday and this was collected the following Monday.
On Wednesday Richard sent pictures of the repair process and on Thursday he submitted his invoice, we transferred the finds immediately. Later on Thursday Richard shipped our Jura ENA Micro 1 which was delivered back to us on Friday.
Our Jura ENA Micro 1 is now back in place and dispensing lovely coffee.
Given that we live in West Berkshire and Caffe Select are in Kent this was an outstanding service.
We can highly recommend Caffe Select for providing an outstanding service.

sent our machine for repair they were having an issue delivering back to us because of driver issues, but they went the extra mile and found someone to deliver so as not to delay any more. works as it should now, thanks very much
