Excellent service, thank you. Appreciated the teams guidance before sending over our E8, prompt turnaround and little touches like they noted we call our machine ‘Roger’ so that was the name on the box when he was returned!

I contacted Caffe-Select when my Jura E8 developed a fault. It was a second hand machine but I was loving it and was disappointed when it stopped working. I tried all advice on the internet to no avail so e-mailed Caffe-Select. Richard responded quickly with advice and a link to a You Tube video. I tried this but no luck so arranged for my machine to be collected using their excellent service. A service and repair was carried out , issues were identified and rectified that are likely due to incorrect actions by the previous owner. I now have my machine back and I couldn’t be happier with the service and whole experience beginning to end. Excellent communication throughout. Thank you!!

Wonderful service! Richard took my S8 in part exchange for a new Z10 and despite the courier losing the S8 Richard credited me with the trade in allowance. A damaged tray was also replaced within 24hrs. Couldn’t ask for more.

Machine is amazing. Makes fantastic coffee; is easy to use; couldn’t be happier.
My son-in-law recommended Caffé Select and with a very competitive price (over £400 less than John Lewis) I’m so pleased I took his advice.

We just received our Jura ENA4 and we’re excited about trying lots of different beans with it. Coming from an Nespresso machine, this opens up a new world of freshly ground options to us. I was surprised to see how often the filter needs to be replaced and the price for a filter but we have very soft water and I don’t think it will be too much of a problem for us. Thanks for the quick delivery.
