Excellent service, took my Jura Impressa F50 to Richard took the time to explain his service and troubleshooting process

In 2011 our domestic use 7 year old Jura S9 developed a slow leak. Richard was very easy to deal with and get hold of. We chose a full service in our London house, as there was not a convenient time to drop it off to Richard, and the extra cost for his call out was reasonable given the distance he came. It had only had one service many years ago, so we elected for a full service (which is basically a good clean up including the brew unit, replacement of the numerous “O” rings, clean and decalc, takes a while) as well as any repair that may have been needed. We needed to buy a new part to fix the leak (Richard had it with him) on top, which was £18 but no extra cost to fit. Since 2011 Richard has been really helpful with any queries I’ve had to try and keep us going without a visit.
Richard came all the way to Chichester to repair and service our Ena 5. We now know how to descale the machine and this will ensure our coffee is always served at the optimum temperature. Many thanks, Richard.
Bought a second hand Jura X5 and the delivery and everything was great.
Richard was polite and helpful, installed it and the coffee is AMAZING!
